The Organisation-wide Leadership Dialogue Sessions

As part of the Constellational Leadership Programme, a structured series of leadership dialogue and conversation sessions has been developed.  They encourage people to engage cross-culturally in dialogue and to rekindle the spirit and dynamism of the bold dialogue that was undertaken pre-Apartheid.  The aim of these sessions is to help improve the flow of communication throughout the organisation at all levels; to promote cohesion across the organisation between people from diverse backgrounds; to entrench a culture of open and transparent communication; and to encourage information sharing and full involvement in decision-making processes.

The dialogue model used in these sessions has been developed as a result of research into how organisations learn, use various decision-making processes, evolve personal views,  and how people need to lead, align and implement ideas within those organisations.

The sessions are appropriate for all levels of employee across an organisation, from management executives, board directors, department officials and senior management, through to general management, key personnel and general staff members.

The Constellational Leadership Programme Workshops

As part of the Constellational Leadership Programme, a number of workshops have been developed to provide participants with an introduction to developing the knowledge, skills and techniques required to deal with a range of leadership challenges.

One-Day Foundational Workshop

This one day foundational workshop is intended to introduce as well as equip participants with knowledge about techniques and skills for handling adaptive challenges, paradox and ambiguity.  The aim of the orientation workshop is to provide a useful overview of the main concepts, models and practices that are central to collaborative leadership and adaptive work.

Two-Three Day Leadership Workshop

The two-three day workshop has been designed to help participants to develop the knowledge and skills required to learn how to deal effectively with a range of leadership challenges from technical, complex or adaptive situations. The workshop attempts to provide a practical and solid basis for the development of much-needed skills and knowledge in handling all types of leadership challenges and problems.  The workshop uses a range of tried and tested hands-on exercises to enable participants to practically work their way through uncertain or ambiguous situations without becoming overwhelmed by the magnitude of the problem.

Participants

These workshops are appropriate for anyone with an interest in how to deal with adaptive challenges, ambiguity and paradox from a personal, team, leadership or organisational perspective. No prior knowledge or preparation is required.
